He uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients manage intense emotions and shift negative thinking, Psychodynamic Therapy to explore past experiences that shape their struggles, and Person-Centered Therapy to build self-acceptance. For those struggling with workplace stress and burnout, he incorporates Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to promote balance and a sense of control.
Known for his deep understanding and ability to put clients at ease, Shem creates a supportive space where people feel heard and valued. He helps individuals overcome self-doubt, set healthy boundaries, and approach life’s challenges with confidence and a fresh outlook.

Joy’s approach is both integrative and empathetic. For depression and anxiety, she uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to challenge negative thought patterns and build self-trust.
For clients with PTSD, she combines Psychodynamic Therapy with inner Child Work to address unresolved trauma and enhance self-awareness. Additionally, she incorporates mindfulness techniques for emotional regulation and employs Art Therapy to create a safe space for younger clients.
Known for her calm and compassionate presence, Joy creates a welcoming space where clients feel heard and supported. She makes therapy feel like a conversation, helping individuals quiet their inner critic, build confidence, and take charge of their healing.

She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients challenge unhelpful thought patterns and build confidence, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to manage stress and prevent burnout, and Solution-Focused Therapy to support goal-setting and practical decision-making. She also integrates Narrative Therapy, helping clients reframe limiting beliefs and see their life story through a lens of self-acceptance and gentle understanding.
As a passionate author, Geldine also creates reflective workbooks and mental health tools that gently guide clients between sessions, offering practical ways to explore their thoughts, deepen self-awareness, and support lasting growth. Whether in therapy or through her writing, she brings warmth, clarity, and steady support to those looking to reconnect with themselves and create a more balanced, meaningful life.
